Variability of Product
The goal of this venture is to create new revenue streams for local food producers and entrepreneurs.
Product supply is driven by local farmers’ ability to grow the produce which in turn is driven by forces outside our control – weather conditions, blight, etc. The local farmers are committed to provide the best produce throughout the vacation season.
Refunds and Replacements
At this time we do not offer refunds, however farmers partnered with this project are committed to offering a replacement for any produce deemed unsatisfactory. Replacements will be processed as follows:
- All requests for replacements must be submitted by noon on the Monday after pickup in order to be eligible for replacement.
- All replacement bags will be delivered by the Tuesday following pickup.
Failure to Pick Up Product
To ensure the product is delivered at the peak of freshness any bag(s) not claimed by Sunday at noon will be donated to a local food pantry. Partnering with food pantries offers vulnerable citizens access to affordable fresh food.
